The Puppy Yoga Center is now in Manhattan & Brooklyn, New York.

We are Located Inside of Please Space Studios in Brooklyn New York. Our Manhattan Studio is inside The Marriott Marquis at 1535 Broadway, New York. Come experience the wellness of puppy yoga. With our team of experienced licensed instructors accompanied by our furry friends with 4Paws.

We will give you an uplifting weekly routine towards empowerment.  Our classes are structured with your health in mind. Everyone needs some self-care. Benefits of petting other people's dogs

Animals are beneficial to our mental and physical health. There is more and more evidence that cortisol has drops in people after just 15-20 mins of dog interaction, even if it is not their pet. We also see increases in a joy bonding hormone called oxytocin says Nancy Gee a professor of psychiatry and director of the Center for Human-Animal Interaction at Virginia Commonwealth University. In fact, we also increase this hormone in dogs.

Sound baths improve blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. being in a meditative state helps the body release toxins, increasing positive mood and feeling relaxed. if you have Epilepsy it is recommended that you not participate in sound a sound bath Please contact your doctor before booking a class.
