Yoga is a great way to get active again after not having worked out in a while. The gentle movements and controlled breathing improve heart heath, bone health and aid in stress management. The stretches help decrease injury and inflammation as well as improve flexibility.This also makes Yoga beneficial as an addition to any work out regime.
Not only is yoga great for anxiety and depression so are puppies! Puppies increase a joy bonding hormone called oxytocin as well as increasing serotonin and dopamine, making the yoga and pups the ultimate combination.
